"Was not that fun for us"
I thought this was going to be more active and fun, but it get boring quick. Nobody really stay interested for long, so it just wasn’t a big hit with us.

"Support made me feel brushed off"
The products themselves seem okay, but my experience with customer service wasn’t great. I sent in a simple question and ended up waiting days just to get a basic response. When they finally replied, it felt rushed, like they didn’t really read what I was asking. I kind of felt dismissed instead of helped. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected better communication.

"First impression: not worth the price"
Right from my first impression, it just didn’t feel like something worth the money. For what it costs, I expected a lot more, but it came across as overpriced and not a great value.

"Setup took longer than I thought"
Getting this set up was a bit more annoying than I expected. Some parts of the instructions were clear enough, but others left me guessing, like, why make it harder than it needs to be? I eventually got through it, but it definitely took more time than I planned.

"I really wanted to like this more, but..."
I really wanted to like this more, but after a few tries the games just started feeling limited. My kids were into it at first, then got bored kinda fast since a lot of the activities feel the same. It’s not awful or anything, it works fine... I just thought there would be more options, and more fun ways to use it for the price

We tried the fitness games with my kid, but they got boring fast and I didn’t notice much improvement in their skills. Based on our experience, I feel like these kinds of games might not really do much unless a kid is already super into them.

"Looks nice, but it’s a pain to use"
The app looks slick at first, but actually using it is kind of a pain in the butt. It freezes here and there, and trying to find basic stuff takes way too many taps for no good reason. The setup wasn’t exactly clear either, which made the whole thing feel dumber than it needed to be. For the price, I expected it to be way smoother.

"Connection keeps cutting out, or maybe it's just me?"
It’s fun when it stays connected, but my sessions keep dropping enough that it gets frustrating. I’m not sure if it’s something on my end or the app itself, but it definitely makes it hard to stay into it.

"I was really hoping this would be..."
I was really hoping this would be something I could count on, but it broke way too quickly. It was frustrating because I bought it expecting it to make things easier, not become one more thing to replace. I guess it reminded me that paying attention to quality upfront really matters

"I’m probably a bit picky about kid-friendly places, but this didn’t feel right"
Maybe I’m more cautious than some parents, but this place just didn’t feel safe or welcoming enough for kids. I found myself watching everything too closely instead of being able to relax, so it wasn’t really the kind of experience I’d choose again with children.

"Kind of a pain to pack up and carry"
I found this kit awkward to deal with once it was time to put everything away. The pieces don’t really fit back together neatly, and the bag feels like it was added at the last minute. I think it was after the first session, or maybe the second time I tried packing it up, that I was already struggling to get everything back in properly. If you’re planning to move it around a lot or store it in a small flat, it’s not ideal.

Got this for my 5-year-old, but it didn’t really hold his attention. A lot of it seems meant for older kids, and he needed help often.

"Battery must be weak or something"
I figured the battery would be decent for the price, but it dies way too fast. I use it for a normal session and it’s already about ready to be charged again. Maybe I just assumed it would last longer, but I’m disappointed with how often I have to plug it in.
